Though the recipe only requires three large chicken breasts, I typically cook five to six chicken breasts in my large seven quart crock pot. When I make this crock pot chicken recipe, I often use my larger ten quart crockpot and double the recipe to make sure I end up with enough buffalo chicken for leftovers for my husband to take to work or for an easy lunch when my kids come home from morning karate training.
