My eight quart crockpot is probably my favorite kitchen gadget, and is most definitely the most used of all of my kitchen equipment, especially in the summer months.

In east Tennessee, the summer months get warmer and we like to stop using our oven because, it takes so long to cool the house off after baking.  When it’s raining or just too hot to grill the crockpot is the best way to get a delicious dinner on the table.

Completely Crockpot Menu Plan

A crock pot menu plan makes it easy to plan a week or a month’s worth of delicious meals that will be easy to prepare and quick to clean up.

This June crock pot recipe menu plan will get dinner on the table and keep your oven free this summer! #crockpotrecipe #ovenfree #menuplans #blessedsimplicity

Why cook crock pot dinners?

When I cook dinner in a crock pot, I can put dinner on early and let it cook all day while I homeschool my children or run errands. When dinner time comes, we have a delicious healthy meal ready to go!

Crockpot Teriyaki Chicken Recipe

This is a tried and true family favorite. We make this ahead in bulk and freeze then thaw and drop in the crock pot on the day we eat. This is delicious with fried rice!

White Chicken Chili Recipe

This is a winter time favorite, but my family enjoys it in the summer as well with some tortilla chips.

Easy Crockpot Salsa Chicken

This has to be the easiest recipe in my line up. As long as you have a crockpot and some chicken and some salsa in the fridge, you are good to go!

    I love my crockpot!
It’s winter here in Australia, so it is getting a lot if use.

You’re welcome to drop by for a cup of inspiration anytime!
