    That sounds delicious. Coconut oil is an acquired taste, I’ve heard. We use it in our cooking in certain dishes. I am going to make BPC and try it. I usually have strong filter coffee with a little bit of milk, and without sugar. Wonderful to meet you, Melissa, that too over a new recipe for coffee!     I made bullet proof coffee once with just butter. I didn’t froth it either. Didn’t care for it. I will try your suggestions, and I think the carob powder might be just the touch (or maybe a high quality dark cocoa powder). Will be trying this! Thanks for sharing with Fiesta Friday! (I’m needing to cut my morning brain fog…!)
