From November 5th through January1st, Dollywood becomes a winter wonderland complete with over six million lights, festive shows, and special holiday events. The Light Show
The Dollywood Christmas Lights, with over six million lights decorating the park, are a show unto themselves. You and your family can explore and experience a Christmas of many colors at Dollywood this holiday season! Slow down for a scenic stroll through the park and notice how each land tells a seasonal story through its unique and vibrant hues. Discover Santa’s Village with its classic red and green, the crisp blues and whites of winter in Glacier Ridge, a soft candlelight glow throughout Craftsman’s Valley, and more. Christmas in the Smokies is Dollywood’s favorite Christmas tradition show. Christmas in the Smokies celebrates the joy of the season while a cast of fourteen singers and dancers performing your favorite holiday songs accompanied by a band of nine live musicians. O Holy Night
O Holy Night is Dollywood’s full scale living nativity complete with live animals. A little girl looks for an angel, while three shepherds follow a star. The Candlelight Carolers performing on the steps of the church is may favorite Dollywood Christmas show. We stop and listen to them with our children every year. This amazing choral ensemble shares the true spirit of the season with traditional Christmas hymns. Guests are even encouraged to join in and proclaim the “Joy To The World” during these heartwarming performances. There is such a sweetness that moves through the crowd as hundreds of guests sing together.
