I love creating menu plans!  They keep variety on my table, decrease my grocery budget and help us to live well on one income.

Winter days are cold. Dinner needs to be warm and substantial. A filling, hearty winter casserole that the whole family will love makes the perfect meal on a cold winter day.

My Favorite Casserole Prep Items

I love hearty casseroles in winter and often plan at least one casserole a week using up our leftovers from previous meals.
