Deviled eggs were only prepared for special occasions in my family until I met my husband. He loves them, and often requests them for Sunday dinners. I am not really sure why they were only for special occasions, because they are pretty easy to make and healthy, especially for those who follow a ketogenic diet.

Easy Deviled Eggs Recipe
Our family deviled egg recipe has changed over the years, but there are a few ingredients that are always included. Some of these are even local favorites. JFG Mayonnaise, for example, is a southern thing. No other mayo tastes quite like it.
Specialty Ingredients
Spicy Brown Mustard – We prefer Gluden’s Brand. Spicy brown mustard gives the egg filling just the right amount of zing.
Option: If you want your deviled eggs to have even more zing than the spicy brown mustard provides, I recommend eliminating the mustard and substituting Sir Kensington’s Siracha Mayonnaise for the regular mayo in the recipe.
Deviled Egg Decorating Tips
For pretty swirly looking filling, scoop the egg filling into a disposable cake decorating bag and squeeze filling into the egg whites using a cake decorator tip.
