This delicious Almond Butter and Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip is a staple in our kitchen.  It’s perfect for holiday parties as well as an everyday, clean eating treat for kids or adults.  

Delicious Almond butter fruit dip is made with greek yogurt. Enjoy a fruit dip treat and stay on your clean eating plan!

Getting kids to eat healthy food is not always easy.  Adding calories to a child’s diet while avoiding unhealthy, chemical laden foods is quite difficult.  This is exactly the issue that facilitated the discovery of one of our favorite snack recipes; Almond Butter Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip.

One of our littles has a very hard time gaining weight.  We also keep his diet very clean due to his special needs.  He needs high calorie, high protein, gluten free, whole foods.  This recipe is perfect!



Almond Butter and Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

 6oz organic greek yogurt
2 TBS almond butter (maybe a little more)
1 tsp honey

Instructions

Mix ingredients together and enjoy!  This recipe comes out nice and creamy, even if you just stir it with a spoon.

Almond Butter and Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip

This delicious fruit dip is perfect for adding protein and healthy fat to a child's diet with a great snack!

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Organic Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp Honey

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together and serve.  Store in refrigerator in air tight container.



Tips

  • My kiddos love this dip so much that I usually double the recipe and keep it in a sealed container in the fridge for them to eat on for a couple of days.
  • Using Vanilla flavored Greek Yogurt changes the taste up a bit.
