Easy Seasoned Hamburgers
Summer is grill time. With that in mind, I usually add these tasty hamburgers to our once-a-month cooking menu. These seasoned hamburgers are so easy, you can make just a few at a time or make lots ahead and freeze them when you find meat on sale.
Easy Seasoned Hamburgers
Ingredients
*based on 8 palm sized burgers
3-5 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup Stubbs Barbecue Sauce (gluten free and no high fructose corn syrup)
1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce or Braggs Liquid Aminos
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and separate into equal sized balls. Form into patties of desired thickness. Grill, bake or fry and serve.
Once-A-Month-Cooking Version
These burgers are an easy addition to any make ahead or once a month cooking menu. Simply multiply the recipe to produce the desired amount of burgers, pat out and freeze.
Our typical amount freezer batch is based on the following amounts:
10 lbs ground beef
1 bottle Stubbs Barbecue
1 cup Braggs or Worcestershire
Tip*
We freeze these burgers in gallon sized freezer bags with small sheets of wax paper between the patties.
