Overnight Protein Oats with  Greek Yogurt

Making overnight protein oats couldn't be easier.  You need only a few ingredients and some storage containers, and the whole process is done in 20 minutes or less!

Let’s get started!

Start with a 32 oz. container of any flavor of Greek Yogurt.  We prefer vanilla!

Next add 4 cups of Old Fashioned Oats.  You can also use Gluten Free Old Fashioned Oats.

Next add  2 Tbsp Cinnamon &  4 servings of your favorite protein powder.

Whisk in 4 cups of unsweetened almond milk.

Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator and serve cold!
