Easy Hot Bean and Cheese Dip

I made this hot bean and cheese dip for the first time a couple of years ago for a party, but it quickly became a regular house favorite. With refried beans and cheese it has plenty of protein for growing kiddos and the sour cream and cream cheese make it heavy enough to fill everyone up.

This simple and delicious hot bean and cheese dip is great as a appetizer or football food, but can also be used as s frugal meatless meal.
